Congratulations to BossSquad member Chantelle Bannister for getting featured in the Daily Star newspaper.
The newspaper reads:
A woman who joked she was "peri peri fat" after balling to 19st while working at Nando's has become a personal trainer. Chantelle Bannister use to get a free meal every day at the chicken joint and would cover her grub in mayonnaise, coleslaw, garlic butter and cheese.
The 32-year old, of Rainham, Essex said: "I've always loved my food. It just came on over time." But when she hit size 24 Chantelle slashed her food intake and started exercising.
She now coaches women across the country. Chantelle, who is 11st 3lbs and loves exercising, said: "It's a passion of mine. I can give people the support because I know what it's like to be that size."
