The audits are designed to provide a health check for the brand, reviewing how to enhance a brand that drives the commercial sustainability and success of the company or individual.
Mimpikita - London Launch
Brief: To launch Malaysian fashion house, Mimpikita, into the UK market
Deliverables: Working alongside The Eurasia Consortium, SheBuildsBrands delivered the brand penetration strategy and campaign launch for Mimpikita. The first phase was to produce a 60 page Brand Audit Report that included competitor and market analysis, consumer focus group outcomes, brand marketing and product development recommendations. The second phase was spent in Malaysia producing the Editorial Campaign Shots (see below) and Look Book alongside UK creative director Rebekah Roy. Lastly, the third phase was the campaign roll out with complete project management of Mimpikita's London Fashion Week debut.
Results: Attracting over 300 attendees to the runway showcase and securing stockists to sell the collection in the UK.
